– Service Opportunity to help in serving Hamburgers at Youth Fair with Temple Founders – recap – Pam Blair – Temple Founders and Rotary served 400 hamburgers, chips & soft drinks to the youth fair exhibitors and their families.
– Credit Card Update – Lion Rebecca Hutton – new forms – new rules from the cc company – everyone needs to fill out a new form.

– STAMPEDE on the Chisholm Trail, May 9th – We still need Sponsors, Swag Bag donations (150) and Bib Raffle items (20). – Captain “D” Dash for “Sight”, October 3rd, Route totally within Heritage Park established; we are planning to have a timed run to attract more runners – we’re looking for underwriters for the Timing, for Award Medals, and for T-Shirts.
– Central Texas BBQ Round-up, Friday, March 20 & Saturday, March 21, Expo Center. Sign up sheet passed. Note: each hour donated will result in $38.46 donated to Belton Lions Club!

– Lions Field @Smith and West 5th could use some updates. Jon Fontenot will get Parks & Rec to explore options – tabled until we have more information.
– Membership Milestone Awards – Will we be presenting these at Christmas? The Board agreed that Milestones will be in five (5) year increments; starting at 10 year membership. – John Corsi and Jennah Gliha. Secretary has provided a Report of each member’s length of membership. – No discussion at this meeting
