– Service Metrics: 9,112 People Served / 210 Volunteers / 1,186.5 Volunteer Hours / $5,456.00 funds donated / $3,651.00 funds raised
– Treasurer Update – Lion Rebecca has been added to the bank account(s) – Lion Jennah has been removed.
December Board meeting will get a full recap of both bank accounts – once she get everything sorted and entered into Quickbooks.
New Business
– America’s Best Price Update – we received a letter from Carmela Harris, Eyeglass Manager that the price is increasing from $89.95 to $95.00.
Lion James Harrison advised the Board that the scheduled February 2026 fundraiser cruise has been cancelled because there was lots of interest, but only one paid reservation. We will try again in 2027.
After discussion about remembering names and new members, Lion Danny Dossman motioned that the Club members should go back to wearing name badges again – with Tail Twister fines for non-compliance; 2nd by Lion Larry Berg; passed to start January 1st.

Wrap or Bag & attach Angel Tag. Thank you! All twenty (20) tags have been adopted. If you didn’t get a tag and want one, let the Club Secretary know and she will get more. Project Heartbeat Team is: Jennah Gliha, David Tuma, Luke Potts, Keith Cook (Team Leader), Todd Schiller – December 6th – McLane’s Children’s Hospital Holiday Party, 11am-2pm, Saturday, Hematology and Oncology patients – Sign-up sheet Attached. Our Club will set up Carnival Games and Prizes. Event will be held at Temple High CTE building. – December 6th, Belton Christmas on the Chisholm Trail Parade, evening, Saturday – (same day as McLane’s) Lion George Bunker’s family will walk with banner; and he will have our mascot LINUS in the parade. Lion George is Team Leader. If anyone else wants to walk in the Parade, please contact Club Secretary or Lion George. – December 11th is Christmas Basket delivery after lunch – sign up sheet passed today.
