“Update” on the Back to School with God event by Lion Listi – great event / served 608 hot dogs / vision screened almost 50 children / wonderful partnerships.
District will conduct Spot Vision Training in Clifton on August 28th. There are only 20 slots available – Contact Lea Beaty.

Program: Thank you Lion Hudson for inviting Scot Arey, to give a presentation on “The State of Solar in Texas”. His knowledge of solar is second to none and he lives right here in central Texas. Scot is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Texas Solar Energy Society and owns Solar CenTex of Harker Heights. This was a very informative and interactive program about current and future projections relating to solar energy in Texas; in conjunction with other energy sources. Thank You!
