Old Business:
– Flag Program – (handout) we still have $510 unpaid in the Flag Program. We need to start picking up flags. Danny, Mike & Keith split the unpaid list up between them.
– Lions Club Storage – currently storing in Stagner’s storage shed at Amy’s Attic. Event supplies and our boat(s) will need a central storage location. The boat is currently being stored by Belton Parks and Rec. Danny advised that Conex Containers are only 8’ wide; and probably won’t work for our needs. Secretary Karen presented a rental quote ($67 mo.) from Belton Mini Storage, 5’x10’ unit. Mike Matthews motioned that we rent the unit until we have another plan; 2nd by John Corsi; approved. Karen will make the arrangements.
– Belton Bacon, Blues and Brews – Belton Lions will NOT be Plate Spinning or selling the People’s Choice tickets this year. We will plan to spot the Black Pearl on location during the event.
New Business:
1st Vice President and 2nd Vice President of the Club – Keith Cook will ask Todd Schiller. It’s possible that a past president will need to take a 2nd term.
Holding to a Later Date:
– Membership Milestone Awards – Will we be presenting these at Christmas? The Board agreed that Milestones will be in five (5) year increments; starting at 10 year membership. – John Corsi and Jennah Gliha. Secretary has provided a Report of each member’s length of membership. – No discussion at this meeting

– David Shaw – Deployment bags are requested for our Adopted Unit – tabled until Lion Shaw is able to provide details.
