Program:  Sam Listi invited retired Roanoke Asst. Since that time, Belton has been re-accredited 3 times, with this current effort achieving a fourth accreditation.  Belton has also worked to assist other Texas police agencies, mentoring them in achieving Accreditation and delivering Best Practices. We are fortunate to have the level of professionalism found in the Belton Police Department through the leadership of ACM/Police Chief Gene Ellis.
