Presentation – Scott Alvarez won the Plate Spinning Contest at Belton Bacon, Blues and Brews.  Presenting autographed plate and engraved cutting board.  Also attending: Jennifer Alvarez, Judy Garrett (City of Belton). Scott spun the plate one more time – 17 sec.

HOTCIL Fall Festival, Saturday, October 29, Central Texas Christian School, TIME CHANGE to 1-3pm (set up at Noon) – We will plan to use our new canopy; give out coloring books, crayons, candy.  Thanks.

Visit and Pictures with Santa, hosted by Belton Lions – 5:30-8pm, December 22nd, Harris Community Center – for HOCTIL Families of Children with Special Needs. Cookies and Cocoa

Program:  Lion Mary Shockley – “Never Quit”, Timothy M. Karcher, Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired), Leadership Consultant – an inspirational life testimonial from Colonel (Retired) Tim Karcher – in service to our Country and his family – never giving up after losing both of his legs above the knees – lengthy recovery and rehab; then returning to duty. Continuing on in retirement inspiring and motivating.  Thank You!
