Program: Lion Mary Shockley – “Never Quit”, Timothy M. Karcher, Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired), Leadership Consultant – an inspirational life testimonial from Colonel (Retired) Tim Karcher – in service to our Country and his family – never giving up after losing both of his legs above the knees – lengthy recovery and rehab; then returning to duty. Continuing on in retirement inspiring and motivating. Thank You!
