 – All signed a Thank You and Welcome card for Belton Fire Chief John Fontenot

 – Secretary/Treasurer handed out flag lists for each team to pick up the unpaid flag locations at sunset on September 11th.  Pick up volunteers:  Routes 1 and 4 – Gary Knight; Routes 2 and 7 – David Shaw; Route 3 – John Corsi; Route 5 – Danny Dossman; Route 6 – Sam Listi … THANK YOU!

 – Lion President Harrison reminded that our Board Meeting will follow the Program and all are welcome to stay for it. Board Meeting Minutes are attached to this email.

Program: Our Lions District 2 X3 Governor Randy Sepulvado provided an update on our District Goals for the 2020-2021 year.  Informative and entertaining presentation.  Did you know?: There are 50 Clubs in our District and that there are 16 District Governors in Texas.  The average Club size in our District is 20-25 members.  The District motto is: “Your Club – Your Way”.  Next District Meeting will be at the Museum in Gatesville on October 24th.  Our District Convention will be May 20-22, 2021 in Waco – DG Sepulvado urged everyone to attend and get to know other Lions – while having a great time.  Thank you DG Randy Sepulvado for visiting our Club!
