– Vision Certification State Training Class, Thursday, August 20th, 9am-1pm, in Temple. (attached)
– Texas Lions Camp Thank You letter prepared by Lion Pam Blair – passed for signatures. Plus, we received a Thank You letter from Texas Lions Camp for our donation and participation.
– Thank you note from Kay Baker, our William B. Long Memorial Scholarship recipient.
– Reminder – BOARD Meeting is next week – August 13th – moved up a week.
Program: – Lion George Bunker presented “What makes Wastewater Cool?” Special Guest Speaker Dennis Livingston, the “grandfather of MBR (Membrane Bioreactor Technology)” – fascinating presentation about the newest technology in wastewater recovery. A membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is an advanced wastewater treatment technology that integrates biological degradation processes with membrane filtration for solid-liquid separation. Great Presentation – Thank You!
