– A New Way to Say Welcome! Marketing Belton Lions Club – President Berg
President Berg urged each of the Board Members to take an active role in reaching out to greet and get to know our new members to help them feel included and engaged in the Club. We should also encourage our families to get involved and engaged in the Club.
– We currently have several Sponsors for Captain “D” Dash for SIGHT! ABC Home and Commercial Services, John Corsi State Farm Insurance, Cabinets Deluxe, TX Crafty Girlz, and the Salazar Family. Lion Pam’s team will meet Sunday to address new sponsor solicitations.
– Bell County Senior Expo, September 22nd, 8am-1pm, Expo Center – the event is redesigned this year – we will need to provide 3-4 volunteers to help with bags and whatever help they need.
– McLane Children’s Hospital holiday celebration, December 12th, Ralph Wilson Youth Center – hosted by the MD2-X3 Lions. Lion Tracie Bunker will take the Lead and coordinate with District for Belton Lion participation.
